Right, we’re not even done yet with Big Brother 9 and we already have confirmation that Big Brother 10 is definitely on its way. Hot off the presses is the announcement that the tenth edition of the Big Brother franchise will take off Sunday, July 13 at 8pm.

Casting for the upcoming installment is already underway, with CBS promising new twists, turns and surprises for the coming season. Big Brother 10 will follow the same broadcast schedule the series has been on. Episodes will air Sundays at 8pm, Tuesdays at 9pm and Wednesdays at 8pm.

Aside from Big Brother returning with its 10th season in July, the network also unveiled its lineup of summer fare, including three new reality series (yes, more doses of reality). On tap for their summer schedule are Greatest American Dog, Jingles and Million Dollar Password.

Million Dollar Password is a modern take on the old game show simply called Password. It teams ordinary people with celebrities. One member of each team receives a password, which he or she must then hope the rest of the team can guess once he/she gives out one-word hints. Celebrities that have so far been announced to participate are Rosie O’Donnell, Betty White, Monique Coleman, Rachael Ray and Neil Patrick Harris. Million Dollar Password is set to begin Sunday, June 1 at 8pm.

Jingles is Mark Burnett’s latest brainchild, where contestants are required to compose and then perform their own musical jingles for various consumer brands. There will be a panel of judges but outcomes will also be determined by votes from the American public. Jingles kicks off Sunday, July 27 at 9pm.

Saving my favorite for last, Greatest American Dog features teams of owners and their four-legged canine friends living under one roof and competing in an array of training exercises. The winning team takes home $250,000 in this almost surreal tournament set to take flight Thursday, July 10 at 9pm.About the Author:
