A special overnight date with each of the three remaining women was the coverage of The Bachelor’s seventh episode. The first date for Matt Grant was jet skiing with 22-year-old actress Shayne Lamas. At the end of the date, Matt said, “The only thing that marred it from being the ultimate, perfect moment in my life was the fact that there were two other women and their dates are still to come up.”

On their date, Matt confessed to Shayne that all of his concerns about her don’t exist anymore. He added that he felt their great connection could only get better while they were in Barbados .

At one point in their date, Matt asked Shayne to show him how she would kiss an actor. Shayne pointed out that it was important that the actor and actress do not use their tongue. Matt called it rubbish before they gave it a try. After their kiss, Shayne exclaimed, “You had tongue!” Matt didn’t argue and went on to explain that it was just another example of Shayne’s fun side. He then said he wanted to also see the in control, independent, smart thinking woman Shayne could be apart from the sex kitten blonde appearance.

To see if they could go on a serious discussion, Matt asked Chelsea about the upcoming election but Chelsea only joked around. Later on, Chelsea explained, “I don't have to prove myself to anybody. It keeps it spicy, and I think that's very important in any relationship.”

Shayne didn’t want to have lingering regrets afterwards so she intended to confess her feelings to Matt. She then asked Matt if he can see them together in the longer run. Matt’s answer was that he could easily be with her.

"The moment that I actually got to know more, I was like, 'This is unbelievable. This is real. Honestly, I'm falling in love with you,” Shayne finally admitted. Matt said he was falling for her too and told her he loved being with her.

At the Rose Ceremony, Shayne received one of the roses which made her belong to the final two. It was Amanda who was sent home that night.About the Author:
